Jev serves as the herald of the Impatient Act—the bringer of its will. A colorful , inflated-looking jester, donning a chromatic jingling cap and a joyful golden mask. He enters with an assortment of instruments in every hand, cutting the world open not to bolster his power, but to concentrate and control it. Each sound he makes is both note and key, with his every noteword opening ears and doors alike, opening bearing the world to the wings of his master. <br>
Though not a sign of doom, his arrival is a warning of one that may soon come. <br>
