The Ultimate Emperor, The Smiling Man, The Woken One, also known as Fritz, is a Forge Winter and Heart Hour of the second Mansus, created by [[User:PerishedFraud|PerishedFraud]]. The Emperor He is a Nowhere hour that had been restingceased to be long ago, dormant in his crypt which was built but has risen again through mist. Buried and forgotten in a time lone catacomb of the Mansus, the Emperor found himself waking once more, fueled by forces that no Hours can recalleven he did not understand. It One thing was only recently that clear, however - he has finally awoken from his long slumberonce again had a cause. He is a man (?) on a mission to secure Seemingly forsaking his domain and build a magnificent castle for his prophecised kingdom - which does not exist yetlegacy, and which other denizens know little of. While his background and abilities harken the Emperor seeks to something beyond make a haven in the Mansusunder his rule, the entity itself is extremely pleasant and cooperativeall are welcome to help in his mission. He is in need Lastly - the Emperor has great powers of allies over life and servantsdeath, and anyone willing is welcome but refuses to use them on those who don't pledge alliance to join him. His number is XIII.
===Appearance===
The Emperor appears as a middle-aged man, jolly in regal but often frowning, with somehwat rotund features and an outfit truly befitting gloomy attire fit for a rulernobleman. An ornate crown He is an extremely cheerful and pristine uniform; a fine cape and epaulets serve to further accent the garbpleasant fellow, but always appears saddened. He wields both carries a royal scepter and massive relic-blade as a sheathed claymore which he has affectionately dubbed the Dreihandersingle reminder of his previous incarnation. The only thing off about the whole affair His true form is that the normally-yellow of a black void without shape or orange decor is tinged blackform that travels as liquid, with ebony and obsidian replacing gold and gems. Of course, as an hour though he refrains from Nowhere, showing this is not his true appearance, not that he's shown that due to anyone; that would be so uncouth! courtesy. Rumors gathered from his council say that his domain is in actuality his true form, and that the person /liquid is merely an extension of such. These rumors are not yet confirmed.
===Principles===
* The Worryless Calm - To Fear is the Ultimate Emperor's greatest enemy, all issues in the Mansus are simply minor inconveniences, including the grand union or any wars and murders. This isn't to say his entire creed enforces that he doesnthere't understand why such events are meaningfuls no need for alarm, but he will definitely urge others not to be upset by themno matter the situation. This also isn't Suffice to say that he ignores what goes on also participates in genuinely improving the Mansus. Quite the opposite is true.* The Responsible Ruler - Despite his overly pleasant demeanor, the Emperor He is highly accountablea responsible individual - kind and just to all others, very open to his acquaintances and even more doubly so to his followers, and extremely respectful to other hours, especially those who hold high positions in the Mansus. His plans, while strange, are logically sound and well-executed. The Emperor himself maintains that such behavior should be the standard for all beingsAlso a great tactician.* The Ready Acceptance - Prophecies of While many hours represent the future and a mission eventual end of preparation. The emperor represents wearinessall beings, long-term planning and a complete lack of fear of deaththe Emperor implies that said end is simply another chapter in existence
==Worship==
===Cult===
====The Ultimate Empire====
A cult that consists of no members so far, though the Emperor had already wrote written a bunch of principles and rules in case he ;d ever gets around founding it. That would be nice, right?
The specifics involve a caste system that doesn't restrict rights, instead simply offering more boons to devoted members as they advance in rank. Offerings are made with monetary goods or useful supplies, and the greatest of aspirants become Lords or Knights.

===Mark===
# '''Temptation: Heritage: I see myself within a grand court, deciding on the matters of the world.
# '''Ascension: Knight's Vow: It is our duty to be beacons for all who wish to remain. I swear under a crest - the Third Mark.
# '''Ascension: Lord's Title: The Fourth Mark singes my mind, but I share the Emperor's noble cause, and he awaits me on his throne.

=====The Imperial Council=====

===The Mansus===
====Big Castle Omnitor====Big Castle Omnitor has a very deceptive name, considering that it is merely a small wooden house on a floating bit of rock near the middle of the Mansus. Omnitor It came into being shortly after the Emperor's awakening, appearing out of thin air when no one was looking. The Emperor comically refers to it as his keep, though his intentions of making it one are far less pretentious. The interior is cozy and covers the bare essentials of comfort and aesthetic. A nice fireplace, a little wooden table, a makeshift kitchen and a straw bed for resting. The only thing off is the throne, of course.====Crypt El-AsaharGate of Delirium====The Death-Holm pit of death from which the Emperor has risen. Located among the lowest chambers of the Mansus, in a passageway that no one ever thought to tread through. Though Here lies an array of passages that wrack the crypt has its fair share of dread-guardians body and artifacts of Wintertwist the mind, it holds very little information, and is mostly eventually leading to a tourist attraction for the curious. The Emperor has made the place available gate to anyone who wishes nowhere itself which only opens to visit, and the guardians are friendly to allthose with permission
===The Histories===
No effect. The Emperor has no desire to meddle with the Histories. He was also asleep.
