He was born when the Great Serpent plucked a jester from the Histories to serve him, and he became a Name - Then, when freed from his chains, an Hour.
=== Appearance ===
A purple-scaled Hognose snake, with the scales scale-patterns of a Californian Ringneck, and others on his face resembling a clown's makeup, in various shades of bright pinks and oranges. On its sides are a chain of cartoony eyelime-patterns that sometimes appear to move green eyes which watch over all of Starwell, and stare at youa glimmering multicoloured third eye on his forehead. It always wears a jingly jester hat.[WIP. Soon.]
