The Masquerade
The Masquerade (also known as the Monarch-in-Masks) is the Fifth Hour of the Second Fansus created by Evoro. The collective need for the mortal mind to make sense of the things they have seen, as well as the confusion and fear of those they can't, formed this Hour when it was given form in the Sea of Mists.
