The Half-Turned (The Anticyclone, The Cycle-of-Seasons, The ) is the feral eleventh Hour of the Second Fansus, represented by Death. It emerged from Sea-Of-Mists in an inverse to the The Knife's Edge and The Storm-Tossed; born when The Hunter’s corpse and The Ink’s tears mingled with man’s memory of the Subsumption. It waits watching beneath the waves, gazing upon the storm with interest and impatience. Its aspects are Winter, Moth, and Forge.
The Half-Turned ushers in greater tension and higher stakes with every wingbeat, raising fanning the flames of conflict to meet towards an abrupt and beautiful conclusion. It ends the every journey to make room for the ones those that will must follow.
Description
History
The less revealed lower half often appears as a vast worm or eel of sorts, with bits of it rising out of the sea behind the main body.
Principles
The Half-Turned is an hour of Forge and Winter; unraveling unmaking the old to make way for the new, but making no attempt to ensure something new follows. The What is and isn’t old, in this case, being to the conflicts that refuse Cockatrice is solely based on a thing’s ability to passentertain. Those without struggle quickly grow dated in its eyes, or fail while those up to amuse its Moththeir waists in conflict are all but immortalized.
The Half-Turned is not counted as an hour of Edge, but before it left the sea it could have been. Its might cannot be denied or controlled. It’s endings are as indifferent as they are catastrophic.

Here, the whispers of figures never once renown. There, the rumors of deeds never seen nor done. When the writhing haze passes, nothing will be quite as was.

====Names=========Jev, the Opening-Act=====
The first Name-Fragment of the Half-Turned; the piercing voice of the Half-Turned given freedom and flesh.

Jev serves as the herald of the Impatient Act—the bringer of its will. A colorful , inflated-looking jester, donning a chromatic jingling cap and a joyful golden mask. He enters with an assortment of instruments in every hand, cutting the world open not to bolster his power, but to concentrate and control it. Each sound he makes is both note and key, with his every noteword opening ears and doors alike, opening bearing the world to the wings of his master.
Though not a sign of doom, his arrival is a warning of one that may soon come.

=====Septa, The Pre-Finale=====The Septa, the second Name-Fragment of the Half-Turned; A colorless jester who hides a face she is the enforcer of the Half-Turned’s will, whom it fashioned from its discarded claws beneath their tragedy mask.

Sister and jagged, colorless inversion of Jev, Septa hides their jagged face of claws beneath a silver tragedy mask.
Black as the eyes of the Ox.
White as the heart of the Glory.
