Slither Blue is a patron of media and messengers, of reputations and propaganda, of the omnipresent eyes of society that watch and judge your every move. Her original task as a Name of the Great Serpent was to be his herald and observer, both bringing important matters to his attention and proclaiming his will in those matters to the House and the Wake. In the aftermath of the Great Serpent's departure, she continues to perform these duties for the Scaled Court, proclaiming the Laws of the Vizier and bringing matters forth to Anaconda for her Judgement.
