====The Whisperer====

The Whisperer (+ other titles?) is all that remains of the Firekeeper today, a faint presence that retains a snippet of his former power and only the most prevalent and important memories. Some things about himself that he has forgot but learned in the meantime come from different, conflicting sources. He is a voice, a lingering thought that lives in the small fires - candle-flames, torches, sconces, burning matches, the ash at the tips of the cigarettes, barely glowing embers, sparks of different nature. When he "possesses" a certain fire, it becomes cold while still burning bright; sometimes, he leaves behind a faint carving of a rune somewhere upon the light-source. He is naturally drawn to churches, shrines and cathedrals, for they use lots of candles, or street fairs with their many flickering lights, or hearths and forges at night, while the flames once burning within lay asleep.

Still, a loose spark might start a wildfire. Rare ones know about the Whisperer, especially his origins, but those who do, desire to bring forth his rekindling.
